Placing an order is legally binding. For cancellations and returns in these Terms and Conditions you will need to email us within 12 hours of placing an order to advise why you are cancelling, info@immanencepharma.com. We will reserve the right to either exchange with another product or refund the order by Letter of Credit. If the order has been dispatched, no refund or exchange will be offered. All due care is taken in packaging products for transport. Immanence Pharmaceuticals takes no responsibility for goods damaged in transit.
Before you place an order, you will need to register and then log in. Once your order has been accepted, you just pay the sum that you see at the end of the checkout process, together with the delivery fee. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email within 48 hours of your order being dispatched.
If transaction failed your amount will be refunded back to your source account within 48 hours.
The refunded amount will reflect in the source (wallet/card/bank account) within 3-5 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays).
All prices stated on our website are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Direct Deposit, PayTm and Google Pay.
